Often remembered by clients past and present for my knowledge of restaurants around the world, I prefer to think that my skills lie in the digital media, technology and automotive sectors.
Having graduated in Marketing and Management Science in 1994 I joined the family business providing in-store music to restaurants in the UK working in marketing, sales and key account management. Within 5 years I became Managing Director growing the business internationally in retail, hospitality and leisure sectors culminating in leading the company through sale in 2007.
I then found my home in the Digital Out of Home sector running EnQii, a SaaS based content management software company for EMEA before setting up the International operations for PlayNetwork Inc. More recently I have helped shape the sales strategy for MediaZest Plc delivering innovative digital experiences for major retailers and brands. I’m now at home within global design and consultancy Arcadis as Director – Head of Digital Experience working on innovation, technology and content strategies with delivery across our client base. No two days are the same; no two solutions are similar; all have IoT at their heart.
In 2013 I retrained as an Executive Coach and now spend time coaching key executives in a growing number of companies and roles.
I have a great balance of work and family life as well as enjoying the rewards of my coaching and charity work. In 2003 I embarked on a 3 year non-executive term with the NHS in Crawley where my involvement concentrated on corporate governance, strategic leadership, IM&T and patient and public involvement. My charity work continues as Chair of Crawley Open House helping the homeless and disadvantaged, Governor at Copthorne Prep School, and other local and national charities which is how I end up on regular fundraising challenges.
An all round networking professional my passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service with a digital pulse at the core.
